The Beginning

There was light and darkness.... and power cuts and traffic blocks, evil bosses, irritating accountants..... a few good friends, family and sisterhood of the travelling pants.... story of my life...
I wonder if the beginning was this chaotic.... unlike in movies I can only remember in snatches.
My most powerful recollection is looking inside a room from outside the window....I also remember the almirah... Brown with lots of scrapes and bumps.... tributes of two precocious imps....Chunmun Bus with its mouth big enough to eat children....grey and black mosaic walls of my school.... remember St. Thomas church and the Sunday mass which seemed endless...poking my father after every five minute" theerinu papa" (is it over).... cycle races between my sis and Kranthi.... youth group and summer vacation lunches....Libraries... maths homework (hated them).... college and that horrible feeling of not matching up....snooty crowd.... close friends yet not close enough..... fear of the 'unknown after college days'... stark terror of results... i would be a nervous wreck
There are so many more bits and pieces that come back at their own will....But that will be another time..
I do not wish this to be a structured, boring predictable experience..... Hope i can shed the barriers I always carry around
